SolidTrustPay, one of the frequently used e-currencies both in HYIPs and other money making programs like Matrices and cyclers, amidst all its downtimes and database issues has finally obtained complete compliance for Unites States. The news will probably be a huge relief to the US citizens, who participate regularly in online money making programs.

SolidTrustPay will begin its two-part solution to fulfilling the required USA licensing for money services businesses as of July 10, 2012. The two parts are:
1. introducing a Payroll Card to all USA members (effective immediately – available in your members area by Thursday, July 12). A payroll payment is not considered a money transfer in that you, the member, have the right to receive your commissions, earnings and bonuses from self employment. If you choose to have those paid directly to a qualified 1099 Payroll Card, then no licensing on behalf of the entity sending you the funds is required. Our card will be much more than just a simple payroll mechanism; it comes with cash back rewards, health & prescription discounts, restaurant, furniture and online mall discounts and much more! You will be able to hook it to your PayPal account and bank account directly! The card will be FREE for members in Arkansas, Virginia and North Dakota (who have no funds left in their accounts and cannot deposit into them). Members in these states will have access to the Withdraw Money area and can receive payments from companies again starting tomorrow, July 10. The payroll card will be available to members in all other states for the mere cost of $16. Watch for it in your MY BANKS & CARDS area on Thursday!
2. sponsorship by a US chartered bank. We have almost finalized the negotiations to be fully sponsored by a US bank. When this happens, we will be instantly 100% compliant as their licensing will flow over to us. Until the ink is dry, though, we are not counting on it, but we have verbal agreements in place and all paperwork has been provided.
We are sure there are many questions and we may not have all the answers yet, but did want all interested members to have the most recent information.
