How To File Dispute At AlertPay

HYIP industry, being an eternally turbulent industry with the HYIPs promising extremely high returns on your investments. And as we probably know by now, the lure of high profits is associated with the risk of losing money. Understandably, the anonymous currencies namely LibertyReserve, PerfectMoney are the most popular e-currencies of this industry.

Well, there is nothing wrong with either of them if we understand and do remember that all transactions in these anonymous currencies are final. There is no second chance of reverting back.

“AlertPay” is one of the payment processors widely used in the HYIP industry, more so from the past year or so, which at least gives the investors an option to dispute the transactions if something goes wrong with a particular HYI Program. And there has been many instances where the dispute was successful and the investor was reverted back the investments.

In today’s post, i would like to elaborate on the ‘Dispute Process’ in details.

For the first step, you have to access the “AlertPay” Home page. At the right side of the Top navigation menu you will notice four clickable buttons.

On clicking the Support button, you will be directed to the Support Center at “AlertPay”.

The first option you will notice in the Support page is ‘Submit a Ticket’. For filing a dispute you need to click this text.

On clicking the ‘Submit a Ticket’, the investor will be now directed to a page from where the ticket can be send to several departments. For filing a dispute, obviously one needs to select the ‘Transaction Dispute’ department.

Now, on pressing the orange ‘Next’ button we reach the final page where all the details including Full name on account, AlertPay login email, Method of Payment, Type of Purchase [ you should choose service],Merchant/Recipient Email [ The HYIP AlertPay mail, in which you deposited], Merchant Website URL [ URL of the program in concern] and Reference Number(s) [ The transaction of your deposit at the particular program].

Some aspects, that are of particular importance are :

In this page, you will notice a question Transaction completed less than 30 days? . I guess, this is important. For a successful refund, the transaction has to be less than 30 days old.

The second question you will see is ‘ Have you attempted to resolve this issue with the merchant directly?’. Although not a necessity, but personally we prefer to check ‘Yes’ for this question. Although, its obvious, the particular administrator who has scammed will never reply to our mail. Still we prefer to send a mail to the concerned administrator, before filing the dispute.

At the bottom of the dispute form there is a box to post the details of the transactions. We feel, for a successful refund one has to be as elaborate as possible. Uploading important documents like screen shot of the transaction, the mail sent to the HYIP Admin also helps.

Well now, is the time to press the final ‘Submit Button’ and the job is done.

Points To Remember:

First and foremost, one has to remember ‘Filing a dispute’ is not equivalent to a ‘Refund’ . The investments are refunded as long as money remains within the AlertPay account of the particular HYIP. Therefore, earlier the dispute is made [After scam] more is the probability of a refund.

Do not send multiple tickets, regarding the same dispute. Submitting multiple tickets may be detrimental to the whole dispute process.
