The news, that is taking the center stage is the launch of the new payment processor Payza, or you may say the re-birth of the erstwhile AlertPay.

Amidst, all speculations and apprehensions finally Payza came to life on 14th May.

Presently AlertPay can not be accessed,all the pages have been redirected to the Payza domain.

There has been quite a few changes in the new Payza, the site design and particularly the Terms Of Service that differs in quite some ways from AlertPay.

Before going to these changes, i would like to paste below some useful links that will certainly be helpful for the online investor friends.

Let us go back to the changes at Payza from its predecessor AlertPay.

The site design has definitely improved – A HTML5 compliant theme, good use of JavaScript navigation bars at the top bar. [Although the JavaScript is only working in Internet Explorer and not in FireFox or Chrome]. The inside panel remains almost the same.not much changes there. One can log in with their same account information for AlertPay. When I first logged in, all the account balance was okay and in place.

On the lighter side, the Payza banners look much more professional than AlertPay. You can check out the banner below.

Moving on to the more important aspect, let us look into the Terms Of Service. I guess, two questions are worrying the online investors the most.

1.Whether Payza  will accept MLMs,HYIPs,PTCs or follow the way of PayPal or MoneyBookers [Now skrill]

2. Whether Payza  will continue to accept exchangers.

Below,i have mentioned excerpts from the Payza  TOS, which attempts to answer these questions, but certain amount of confusion still remains.

The sale, solicitation, offering, exchange or service of the following are not allowed:

• Tobacco products and related paraphernalia
• Imitation and replica products, including, but not limited to, clothing and accessories
• Drugs and related paraphernalia (including but not limited to research chemicals and illicit herbal incense)

• Pre-adult content, such as pictures, videos, etc., of individuals under the age of 18
• Any goods or services infringing intellectual property rights of a third party, including but not limited to streaming video/audio, illegal downloads, modification chips, DVD and Blu-Ray Disc decryption devices
• Illegal downloads or any other goods and services infringing intellectual property rights of a third party, including streaming video/audio
• Credit card protection, credit repair services, applications for financial services or loans and/or collection services
• Solicitation, marketing campaign, direct selling or any other comparative effort will be considered a violation of the User Agreement. If you are registered or licensed to take such action, you may be requested to present documentation demonstrating authority to do so from a Securities Exchange Commission, Commodities Futures Trading Commission or other equal and comparative agency.
• Any indication or demonstration of a literal rate of return on a contribution, payment or investment, while not being licensed to sell or solicit
• Selling of Unregistered/Unlicensed Stocks, bonds, securities, options, futures, or investments in any entity or property, including (but not limited to) corporations and partnerships or sole proprietorship, are prohibited through any of the Payza networks
• Payment processors or any aggregation type services
• Sites that promote hatred, racism, sexism, religious persecution and/or any other prejudicial views
• Nazi war memorabilia
• Services using credit card transactions as deposits or credits, including pre-loaded debit/credit/cash/virtual cards
• Hazardous materials, combustibles and/or corrosives
• Weapons (Including and not limited to firearms and ammunition)
• Stocks, bonds, securities, options, futures, or investments in any entity or property, including (but not limited to) corporations and partnerships
• Remote technical support services and computer virus software promoted using unsolicited emails or outbound telemarketing
• Adult content and pornography (Payouts for affiliate commission acceptable)

The following activities are also not allowed through or in relation to Payza:

• Money laundering
• Infringing on any third party’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other property rights or rights of publicity or privacy
• Violating any law, statute, ordinance, contract or regulation, including but not limited to those governing financial services, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination or false advertising
• Submitting altered verification documents
• Being misleading, false or inaccurate in respect to Payza or any other User
• Any activity similar to or consisting of giving yourself a cash advance from your credit card or bank account, factoring or helping others to do so
• Any defamatory, trade libelous, unlawfully threatening or harassing statements or information
• Spamming (including and not limited to spam-ware, spy-ware, etc.)
• Using Payza as a virtual terminal
• Exchangers unless approved by Payza
• Using currency exchangers or aggregation, unless approved by Payza
• Transmitting personal information of other Payza members to third parties
• Using or selling any form of e-cash, web cash or other matter, tangible or not, that is redeemable by a Buyer for a product or service from a third party
• Abusing the Earn Money program in any way we consider inappropriate
• Using the Payza brand to market or advertise your product(s)/service(s) in any capacity
• Threatening legal action against Payza and/or Payza employees
• Diluting our traffic by using our Trademarks (including but not limited to Adwords)

Now if you go by the first excerpt it certainly seems Payza will not accept most of the online money making programs like MLMs, cyclers,PTCs and HYIPs.It may accept a few PTCs like PayPal does .

Now, take a look at the 2nd excerpt from the same TOS page :

The second excerpt probably gives a strong hint Payza will continue to accept exchangers, although at higher fees. But the ambiguity remains in the term ‘ online income opportunity programs‘ -  how Payza authorities define it and whether HYIPs fall into the category of ‘ online income opportunity programs‘.

Hello friends, Good Morning. It’s time for some HYIP updates.

For the first update, the news is quite disappointing with two HYIPs offering short term high return plans crashing in one day.

The first one is MagFund, launched on 15th of April, Magfund could barely survive for close to a month. Yesterday, early morning after receiving complain from investor Maureen, i placed support tickets on behalf of her, at least thrice. 24 hours have passed by, but still now there has been no response from this particular administrator. Neither has there been any effort to pay back Maureen. Moreover the site has been down for quite some time now. Few of my investor friends had also complained regarding a bug in the MagFund script which did not allow them to place their last withdrawal without re-investing again. MagFund has been demoted to problem status [Monitor Link] and will remain in that status untill investor Maureen is paid back.

The second disappointment has been Hour.bz. I received the first complain of pending payout against them from investor Kyoshimo, yesterday late night. After receiving the complain , i tried to place a support ticket on behalf of investor Kyoshimo, but the hour.bz site was down by then. Therefore, unfortunately Hour.bz was the second HYIP, that had to be demoted to problem status. [Monitor Link]

For today, i would like to present ProgressIncome, the HYIProgram that we have joined most recently.

ProgressIncome [Monitoring] launched precisely on 2nd May, offers a set of investment plans varying in duration as well as the daily return. It seems the concerrned administrators have attempted to create investment plans that hasd something to offer for both the investors who prefer medium term plans as well as to those who are comfortable with long term plans.

Let us now move on to the details of the investment plans at ProgressIncome .

As you can well understand, the Basic plan spanning for 25 business days and offering a daily return of  1.6%, with the principal returned on term expiry is the investment offer where most of the HYIP investors will keep their attention focussed. Well, that is not only for the shorter duration of the Basic plan, but also as the minimum investment starts from only $10. The maximum investment in the daily plan goes up to $500.

The Basic plan at ProgressIncome , provides a total return of 140% of your investment, including the daily returns as well as the principal returned on term expiry. That is, if any of our investor friend decides to invest $100 in the Basic plan, he is proposed a daily return of 1.6% daily for 25 business days, with the principal [In this case $100] returned on plan expiry. Therefore, after 25 business days, the total return summate to $140 on an investment of $100.

The Advanced Plan at ProgressIncome runs for a bit longer duration, that is 45 business days offering a daily earning of 1.9% of your investments. Yet again , the initial investment is returned at the end of the term duration. Thus the total return expected at the end of the Advanced Plan is 185.5%.

The minimum deposit accepted at the Advanced Plan is $501,  not quite low. I guess once ProgressIncome can demonstrate the due diligence required to run a successful HYIP for a considerable duration, then only will the investors take a closer look at the Advanced Plan.

The Premium and the Progress plans at ProgressIncome, the last two investment plans are probably aimed at the professional and very experienced HYIP investors.

The Premium plan, starting to accept deposits from $2,501 offers a daily return of 2.2% for 60 business days. The total return for the Premium plan, including the principal returned and the daily earnings is 232% after 60 Business days.

The last and the highest ROI plan at ProgressIncome is the Progress Plan. Running for 90 business days, the Progress plan offers a daily return of 2.5%. Therefore the total return cumulate to be 325% of the initial investment. The minimum investment accepted at the Progress Plan being $5,001, certainly its beyond the reach of most of us, the average HYIP investors.

Accepted E-currencies :  Well, when it comes to the accepted payment processors, ProgressIncome accepts only the most commonly used ones that is LibertyReserve and PerfectMoney. Not much options to choose from.

Withdrawal requests : After one places the withdrawal request, by logging into their ProgressIncome account, the payouts are to be processed manually within 6 to 12 hours, as mentioned in the FAQ page. The concerned administrator has requested to allow him a maximum of 24 hours.

Site Design, Hosting and Security Features :

The script that ProgressIncome uses is a Licensed Goldcoder’s, i guess all the investor friends are well familiar with it. ProgressIncome is hosted on a dedicated server by FOP Litvinenko Sergey Nikolaevich, which is rapidly emerging as the popular choice among the HYIP administrators. To enhance the security further, the ProgressIncome site is SSL Encrypted by Thawte Inc.

Promotional measures : About promotions, it seems the the ProgressIncome management has concentrated more on the English monitoring services.

Coming back to Metal ROI, there are three investment plans on offer. Each of them runs for 120 calendar days, but the earnings and payouts are on business days only. At the end of the term, the principal invested is returned.

The Silver plan offers a daily return of 2.2% daily paid only on business days, therefore the total returns summate to 287% including the principal returned on plan expiry. The minimum and maximum investment at the Silver plan is $1000 and $4,999 respectively.

Well, there is another investment plan on offer at Metal ROI, the Golden plan, which starts accepting deposits from a minimum of $5,000. I guess, most of the average HYIP investors like us, will not be much interested with the Golden plan, offering a daily return of 2.5% on business days, thus providing a total return of 312%.

The Metal ROI site is hosted on a Ddos protected dedicated server by Staminus communications one of the reliable names, when it comes to hosting and Ddos protection. As the weekends are in the online money making industry, i expect a slow and somewhat pleasant weekend this time too.

To wrap up this week, as always the HYIPs were not without its turbulence.

The most important news as far as the entire online money making industry is concerned, be it the HYIPs, MLMs, Cyclers and PTCs  has been the developments surrounding one of the most popular e-currency, AlertPay.

Well, it appears soon AlertPay will be a thing of the past. It has been reported in the AlertPay blog, that on May 14th there will be smooth transition from AlertPay to the brand new e-currency the Payza. As reported in the AlertPay blog, there is nothing to worry for the existing members of AlertPay as all the accounts including all the details will be automatically transferred to the Payza, and AlertPay account holders can login at payza.com using the same email and password.

Well, numerous speculations are circulating in the online money making community regarding this transition of AlertPay to Payza.

One of the most common speculation that is being widely circulated [Note : Nothing has yet been confirmed by official AlertPay sources] is with the rebirth of AlertPay as the new Payza, they will go the PayPal or the Moneybooker’s way and stop accepting HYIPs, MLMs, Cyclers, PTCs completely.

The believers of this theory feel the notification of AlertPay to the official exchangers like xchanger.org, Swapgold.com that they can continue AlertPay exchanges till May 13th, when further notice will be issued to the exchangers whether they can carry on with the exchanges or not, as the first sign of progression of AlertPay or the ‘Soon to be born’ Payza towards the model of Paypal and Moneybookers [Now, Skrill]

As you perhaps know, i do not like to participate in these speculations and rumors and would rather like to wait till May 14th to see how the situation unfolds.

Just, i would like to place a fact. As requested by AlertPay to every site/blog who accept AlertPay, I had submitted the blog hyipingmoney.org for website review. And the blog was accepted within two days.  I just wonder why should they acvcept a blog, primarily dedicated to online money making opportunities, if the AlertPay authorities have decided to do away with MLMs, HYIPs, Cyclers and PTCs.
