There is a good news friends, following posting the Alert against ChokoPower, the ChokoPower administrator has shown a nice gesture and started paying investor Badran. He has processed the first payout to investor. The concerned administrator has sent me the proof.

Hi friends, a good evening to all investor friends. Apologies for this untimely post. But i had to publish the news, as i had promised to the concerned investor friend, that i will publish the scam alert if his problems of pending payouts and placing his investment in a different investment plan are not solved by the concerned HYIP management within 6 working hours.
Investor Badran has complained to me about his pending withdrawal requests from ChokoPower. Well, it seems investor Badran had invested [Believe me, a hefty amount, i have personally confirmed it] in the ’275% after 5 days plan’ but his deposits had been placed at the long term ’5000% after 57 days’ plan.

Investor Badran has personally contacted the ChokoPower administration , he has not recieved a single reply. I tried to communicate with the concerned management, so that investor Badran received his investments. But well, while writing this post , investor friend has not been paid yet. Therefore, following the ‘Zero Tolerance Policy’ to selective payouts, i have decided to demote ChokoPower to Problem status [Monitor Link]. ChokoPower stays in problem status, till the concerned investor receives at least his principal.
I presume thousands of investor friends who have invested much smaller amounts and are still getting paid normally, the monitors who are enjoying hefty profits from ChokoPower advertising, and definitely the ChokoPower management will probably get angry on me.
But friends, as the author of the blog which deals with online money making programs, i have to stand by the investors and observe a ‘Zero Tolerance’ policy to selective payouts. Otherwise, there is no point even running the blog. I hope, at least the friends who are still getting paid will at least understand.
I am fully aware that, i will loss some advertising revenue for publishing this news and standing by investor Badran. But friends, personally i am not that greedy and most importantly i want to stay honest with myself and have a good night’s sleep. If i had overlooked his Badran’s complains like many of the ‘So called popular’ monitors did, yes i could have gained a few more dollars , but would have to go through a few sleepless nights.
I see everyday, new monitoring services come up. One sincere request to all the new monitoring – ‘Please listen to the investor complains, Please follow no tolerance to selective payouts, please do not follow some old traditional scamming monitors and be like them – Create a mark for yourself. The request does not go to the old traditional monitors, the ‘So called popular’ monitors who have been structured to hide scams, before it’s too late. They have already been structured, hard to change them.
All said and done, i would like to point out some mistakes that investor Badran did. Please all investor friends read the below mentioned rules very carefully.
Please never invest more than you can risk with.
Please never put all the eggs in the same basket.
Please try diversification of portfolio.

i invested $24 on july 10 2012. @ 3000% on 30days which expired on Aug. 9, 2012. I made a request 4 a withdrawal of $67.19 which chokopower said is my profit on aug 12.
Up till now chokopower has not credited my liberty acct: U9911929 yet they claimed in their dashboard that payment has bn processed. All my correspondence with admin has never been attended to. please help ensure that my money is paid and pls tell investors that they are scam.

i have a feeling this scammer was the admin of series of scams like genius roi, world of profit, dividend king and many others.
if u note closely all these hyips had similar designs, same host, same type of plans and were promoted by same paid posters like hyipman,swatello etc.
I think its better to avoid hyips with similar design, similar plan and same way of promotions.

Chokopower has turned to scam last June. Not even hyipingmoney can help you. The Choko admin no longer responds and keeps the site online to scam some more. I too have lost money to Choko, sorry for your loss.
Chokopower has scammed me!!! I invested in the 20day plan and when I withdraw my money was never sent to my Liberty Reserve account!!! I noticed that chokopower has added Investors Stats, replacing Last Deposits. The site improvement might be the cause for the delay in payouts. I hope this is the case and that they fix it so pending payouts are processed. If not, then I too am screwed.

Seems like this is one of the admins which is really criminal. I will not move them back to paying before he paid back the full amount. Just a part does not count for me. With every attack he will just bring his reputation down a bit more.

There was no indication of selective payout in Brian’s email, only shifting of plans to the longest term. Although this is sad, it is not selective payout. Anyway, I will try to withdraw a portion of my account once my 3 days plan mature (today at 1pm utc) and will report back.

I know the returns of investors who had made small deposits will be processed normally.
But, investor Badran had invested close to 6000$ at ChokoPower.
And his investment has been placed into the longer term plan, so that ChokoPower Admin do not have to pay him.
That is equivalent to not paying him.
i will certainly be glad if u receive your payout, but i hope you understand, i have to stay by any investor who complains, specially when i have verified it.
Rather i will be glad to promote ChokoPower to paying status, if investor Badran receives his payout, at least the principal.

I do understand this. That’s why I will try to withdraw and report back. I am being anal about it, but technically it is not a pending withdrawal. Not paying him in the intended time of 5 days, yes and it is wrong. They are being douche bags by doing this and not replying to Brian. I hope this gets resolved. I will email ChokoPower to help Brian, and hopefully other ChokoPower investors will too so they cannot ignore the problem.
